Hi, we are Alyssa & Josh, and we run Nekosama, a pop-up bakery that specializes in whimsical baked goods & pastries! Everything is made fresh right before our pop-ups in small batches with natural & mostly local ingredients. We've been partners in life since 2014 and became partners in business in 2022 (so far so good lol). 

 

We named the business Nekosama out of the love for our 3 cats (Saffron, Poke & Musubi), however, the 2 cats on the logo actually represent us. We have both worked in the food industry for a looooong time and wanted to create something that's different and is ours. One of us is proudly Taiwanese American (and the other one is honorary lol) so we want to include some fond childhood food memories + Asian flavors in our baked goods. We believe that food should be fun, a bit quirky and of course, a whimsical experience.
